Outdoor LED Video Wall Operation at the 20th Anniversary Event of Cetate Production Ltd. in Romania

Cetate Production Ltd., based in Romania, specializes in the manufacturing of beer benches and tents.

The company planned to celebrate its 20th anniversary with a grand family day, inviting its employees and their family members to join in the festivities.

The event took place at Zetavár, a venue located near their factory, with the Nagy-Küküllő river flowing nearby.

To enhance the celebration, they required a large LED screen to showcase their own content during the day, a live image in the afternoon, and presentations with German and Hungarian subtitles in the evening. Additionally, they wanted to display the best pictures taken throughout the day during dinner.

As our warehouse in Budapest was quite far from the event venue, it was crucial to ensure that all necessary tools and accessories were accounted for and delivered on time.

To guarantee a flawless technical setup, we supplemented the equipment available in our Odorheiu Secuiesc warehouse.

We proposed an uncomplicated, secure, and stunning outdoor LED display, for which we also installed a complete studio to manage and showcase the visual content of the entire event.

► We utilized our own proprietary structure, which has been thoroughly tested in various applications, to securely position and fix the LED video wall.

The support structure, measuring 3.5 meters wide and 2 meters high, effortlessly held the 7 square meter LED video wall, resembling the stability of an LED TV on its floor stand.

The LED video wall's size seamlessly blended in with its surroundings, providing unobtrusive entertainment.

► To ensure smooth operations during the event, we had already requested and tested the content well in advance. This allowed us to address any necessary changes in a timely manner, ensuring that all the required content was readily available for the event.
