What are the benefits of a revolving stage?
Using a revolving stage makes it possible to move people and objects in a controllable direction, with a controllable speed in order to make a changeover to the meticulously designed and assembled settings in no time.
The revolving stage is part of the lower mechanical assemblies in a theater, and it can be constructed with various types of structures:
- Mobile revolving stage
- With ring
- Without ring
- Static revolving stage with a coupling pin
- Static revolving stage running on the edge

In case of Solution 1 and 4, you can create so-called light-traps.
In case of Solution 2 and 3, so far the built environment makes it possible, you can create openings for personal or load lowering systems. These lowering systems have to be mobile.
In case of Solution 4, the personal or load lowering systems “travel” with the revolving stage in order to be able to lift and lower these systems securely during rotation.
