Management Training Congress, Germany / Berlin 2021 – Educational Digital Signage System Design and Construction

Educatio Digitale Lernsysteme GmbH participated as an exhibitor on the 8th German Management Training Congress at the Berlin Estrel Congress.

They were looking for a supplier that could offer an innovative, cost-effective, fast and safe solution to build and operate an exhibition stand with LED displays, as well as produce and develop interactive educational content for the LED system related to the theme of the exhibition.

The stand was initially designed to have an 8*5 meter area, with the installation of a 5*5 meter interactive floor LED display and a 3.5 meter wide and 2 meter tall LED video wall.

Design and display of interactive animated content was our task as well.

We also had to plan with comprehensive on-site construction, transportation, installation, operation and demolition of the devices.

One of the defining elements of designing the Digital Signage system was the production of graphical content and programming that required extraordinary precision, as it was not possible to test on location.

Thus we built a 1:1 size demo of the stand at our site, so we were able to test every small change immediately.

As a result of testing our client increased the size of the stand to 10x5 meters to ensure a better visitor experience.

During construction we installed a 5x5 meter interactive Uniview *P6.25mm interactive floor LED display, through which the monitors could be controlled in a “touchless” manner using steps with the help of our own proprietary software.

We created 3 stations (playing fields) on the interactive floor LED display.

Each station had an opposing 4K resolution Digital Signage monitors, which were held in a triangle shape above the interactive floor LED display by a uniquely manufactured supporting structure.

We also installed a 3.5 meter wide and 2 meter tall LEDskin *P3.1 resolution indoor LED video wall into the side wall of the stand storage area, which displayed informative content we had created.

We built all this and presented it to the exhibitor in a single day; we passed on the knowledge of handling and operation to the operating staff, so they were able to confidently operate it during the 2-day exhibition.
