Fixed construction football substitutes’ bench

The frame consists of steel profiles with a galvanized finish. The footing element and the seat consist of coloured, UV-resistant, polyester resin reinforced with fiberglass. The footing has a sandwich structure. The side windows are made of clear plexiglass sheets, the arched back and top elements consist of polycarbonate sheets.

The design of the structure meets the requirements of standard EN 1176-1.

Mobile substitutes’ benches

We take the ability to roll into account when designing substitutes’ benches. They are designed and manufactured with four or three seats. Each block of four or three elements is fitted with 100 millimetre silicone rubber castors with brakes on the front and back.

When the blocks are placed next to each other they can be easily connected using quick-release fasteners located under the front and back behind the sport seat.

The structure of the substitutes’ bench consists of 60x40 centimetre hollow sections welded together. Final surface treatment is done using the given RAL 7016 colour with powder coating cured under heat.

Mobile substitute referee’s bench

The substitute referee’s bench is fitted with four sport seats and 100 millimetre silicone rubber castors with brakes on the front and back. The cover is integrated into the seats, hence they can be moved together. In its dimensions it is identical to the substitutes’ bench.

The structure of the substitutes’ bench consists of 60x40 centimetre hollow sections welded together. Final surface treatment is done using the given RAL 7016 colour with powder coating cured under heat.

Substitutes’ bench cover

The arched cover is modular, thus it can be swiftly dismantled. On two sides of the back cover UV-resistant clear six millimetre hollow polycarbonate sheets, and on the two end sides UV-resistant clear solid three millimetre polycarbonate sheets are placed. Between the units we placed flexible EPDM seals that ensure the structure is sufficiently watertight.

The structure of the substitutes’ bench cover consists of 40x40 and 40x20 centimetre hollow sections welded together. Final surface treatment is done using the given RAL 7016 colour with powder coating cured under heat.
